Universal space-time constants
When the Cosmic Entity decided to create the Cosmos, it did so by uniting the two initial elements or concepts such as space, (or the scene of cosmic creation), and universal movement, (as an element of movement and change necessary for creation).
Logically, these concepts or primary physical elements did not have their dimensional units well defined, that is, both initial elements could be considered relative.
However, when uniting them, it should be done in a certain proportion; and precisely this proportion is what would give some dimensions and some units of union of both elements, with which the universal units of interrelation would be structured.
Well, we can obtain by observation these units or ratios of union of space and universal movement, and we do it by observing and measuring the speed of light C that represents this ratio of union.
In this case, a formula of interrelation and equivalence between our units of measure and the universal units of space and time are established by the invariable and constant speed of light C, in such a way that we can give said speed of light a unit of relationship C, (1light) equal to a universal unit of space S (1 Space 300,000 km) divided by a unit of time T (1 tempo).
C=S/T ).
(Unit of speed of light C = unit of space S 300,000 km, divided by the unit of time T (1 second).
Now, from here it follows that space S, like time T and speed of light C, are constant, and therefore stationary and never relative: they are simply universal constants. ).
There may be infinite divisors, portions and interrelationships of these elements, but there will never be relativity of these basic elements of the Cosmos, nor changes of proportion in the universal union of space and time. ).
We must to express it again: They are universal constants (C,S,T).

That is, we can say that our development and cosmic situation is at level of the nano-light.
