* The ideal (Ubiquitous) observer *

To begin with, I will expose a postulate my cosmic model, which would tell us:

"For two or more local reference frames and seemingly unconnected, there will always be a common and "ideal" macro-frame of reference that will encompass all of them."

For example, for the local reference frames located on the different planets, there will always be a common frame for all of them, which will be the common reference frame of the entire solar system:

"Any time and space belonging to and constituting any point on each of these planets will also be a time and space constituent and belonging to the solar system that encompasses them."

And therefore, if you take all the space and time of the Universe as a whole and for this universal frame of reference, each and every one of its component points and places will belong to and be stationary and simultaneous components of that frame of reference of the Universe in its set.

Our problem:

1.- Our problem arises when being in a single point of space and time, and to reference ourselves with other places in space (or different frames of reference) we need information means that allow us to know the events that are taking place in other places or frames of reference more or better away.

But these information media are totally imperfect, inaccurate (in time and space) and therefore give us totally distorted information.

2.- If, in addition, theory and postulates incongruent with the physical logic of events arise, such as Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, which make us the "centre of the universe"(*) with the capacity to manage and decide everything that it happens, either near or far from us, then and for it, the chaos and total collapse of our intelligence and deductive capacity take place, with the consequent inability to understand the real physics of the Universe.

(*) It is pretentious, aberrant, arrogant even stupid, to believe ourselves to be the promoters and manipulators of the Universe, when deep down we are just fledgling little animals that are beginning to take our first steps in the world of universal science.

We are not the "centre of the universe", we are just an insignificant little dot in a corner of it.

But, why this hypothetical, common and ideal frame of reference?.

Well, to accurately measure in space and time each and every one of the events and physical phenomena produced in it.

That is, if the hypothetical observer is at all the points of the great frame of reference, then he will accurately measure the spaces and times simultaneously at each moment of a time that is also simultaneous.

Then, the hypothetical observer will have measurements of space and time with absolute simultaneity and accuracy.

Is it possible to get that?

Of course no, we humans cannot do it, but we must tend to get it as close as possible, untangling the distortions that our means of observation produce for us. (Light, sound, etc.)

And not to think that our observations are the true ones, and the ones that determine the cosmic behaviour (Eg. wave collapse, entanglement or particles, time decrease at the speed of light, etc.)

Micro-reference frame will be any frame of reference that we can take, for example our position sitting in a park, and in which we consider ourselves independent of any other near or distant frame of reference, such as the one of another city with other individuals sitting or circulating through it.

Macro-reference frame will be a reference frame that encompasses (spatially) all the cities of a territory (micro-reference frameworks) and that are governed by the same schedule and time.

(*) Therefore, every macro-frame of reference can be made up of the sum of many micro-frames of reference, and vice versa, every micro-frame of reference will be added and joined with others to form a superior macro-frame of reference.

As a consequence, the situated observer and any macro-reference frame can be considered as an observer close to the "ideal observer", since he can measure and observe all the space and time of that macro-reference frame with enough accuracy and simultaneity.
