I will try to explain some bases that are almost essential or very convenient to begin to become aware of what we are within the cosmic creativity.
For this, it would be necessary to start with simple and easy explanations for which we will use easy to assimilate examples.

Let us take as a first example that of a blank book or notebook, in which we are going to record or write information, fundamentals, explanations or norms that will be useful to us in the future.
For example, it will be a book in which we publish and explain what is addition, addition tables, etc., the simplest of mathematics.
Well, if we look closely at this book we will observe that it is made up of the paper, sheets, covers, etc., of it, as well as many letters and numbers that help us to explain and understand the addition.
But in addition to the body of the book, the letters and numbers, it also contains information about what addition is, and how the addition property can be worked on and executed.

But, oh bad luck! One day, due to carelessness, the book falls into the fire and burns completely.

Suddenly, anyone could feel that the book has disappeared forever.
But immediately he could settle for saying: "Well, the book has died but the sums, realities and mathematical concepts that it contained continue to live on other people, other books, in nature, in physics, in chemistry, etc."
In other words, the essence of the book lives on forever.
So what is a book if it has nothing written or published?
Certainly, what is important and imperishable is the content of the book, not the material body that contains it.

Now, let's reconsider and think of a book of enormous dimensions that contains a lot of mathematics, physics, chemistry, poetry, art, etc.
Well, the circumstances would be the same, the book would burn and "die" but its teachings will continue to live because they are a summary of what happens in the universe
Well, we are that big or small book, in which our body is the paper and the pages of the book; our brain and neurons are the letters, and our mind and soul are the explanations and teachings that are described in the book.

Of course, we also have a biochemical brain that allows us to "turn on or interrelate" many modules or concepts at the same time, and with this we create "joint experiences" and a capacity to contain a more or less extensive awareness of events.
But in itself, we are a great book of highly developed cosmic knowledge.

And what happens when we die?

Well, our book or body is destroyed, but the essence that made us act is still latent in the universe, that is, we have ceased to be a one-person I, but to be part of the Cosmos or universal I.

Because we are still quite underdeveloped animals and dependent on our survival instincts, fears, etc., it is difficult to compose, use and live that universal Self.
