What is time?
Brief explanation
The Cosmos or Universe is composed of two basic or primary elements that are: Space and universal movement.
When being space three-dimensional, the universal movement also develops three-dimensionally within that space.
This universal motion inside space is what gives initially the cosmic energy
This is demonstrated with observation since we see that all the cosmic points, levels and elements are in continuous movement.
That is, the cosmos is among other things, continuous movement.
And we measure this movement and transformation with the measurement system that we call time and its already known units of, second, minute, hour, year, etc.
The movement can be only rectilinear or one-dimensional, like the displacement of a car. But mainly it is three-dimensional, that is, transformation of the elements both internally and externally.
And precisely that is what measures time, the amount (and speed in this case) of the transformation of all cosmic elements.
For example, the growth of vegetables, the ripening of fruits, etc., all of this is movement and three-dimensional transformation that the time measurement system measures us.
For example, the log burning lasted two hours; the life of the turtle can be 100 years; the ice in the glass lasted 10 minutes.
Therefore, we should distinguish between the measurement and the element measured: If we measure the length of a telephone pole, we have no problems in distinguishing what is measurement(3 meters) and what is pole.
However it is understandable, that in the three-dimensional transformation of space-energy the distinctions are not so easy; between what is transformation and change of the elements measured, and what is the time (i.e. 3 hours) that it takes to do it.

You can easily analyze the time concept or element with simple examples and formulas.
An example could be the projection of a movie.
If we suddenly stop the projection indefinitely on a scene, we see that time no longer exists in the projection.
And if we give movement to the scene again, the time suddenly appears too.
As far as formulas, its revision is simple:
For example, the or space (x) traveled by a ball is x = v.t.
So if make the velocity v = 0 and so the motion is also 0, time disappears.
x = 0.t ---> x = 0; t = 0/0
That is, time without movement does not exist.
The same is true for any formula. If in any formula we eliminate all the parameters that contains movement, the time disappears.
And if we give movement to any formula, time appears.
